"It seemed like I woke up one morning and it just hit me. I mean my blood pressure through the roof, my, everything from, you know, becoming a full-blown diabetic, arches falling and leg problems, kneecap problems, you name it, joint problems."

"My health just all of a sudden went down, downward, and I went to the doctor and they told me that or she told me that I would, literally may have five years left. She said, 'Unless you do something.' And she, and then she, you know, backed it up with the statement, 'What's it gonna take, a heart attack?' And she said, 'You may survive, you may not.' She said that, 'You know if you wanna be around for your children you better do something and do something now.' She said, 'There's no more waiting.'"
